These Terms and Conditions govern reservations made at Casa d’Além, a country house located in Oliveira, Mesão Frio, Vila Real. By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the conditions described below.

Reservations may be made through the Casa d'Além website or by direct contact (email or phone), and are always subject to availability.
A reservation is only considered confirmed after:
Payment for the stay is made at the accommodation.
For reservations longer than one night, a deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required and must be paid up to 3 days before the arrival date to confirm the reservation.
For reservations longer than 5 nights, Casa d'Além reserves the right to request a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total stay.
The prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise stated.
Casa d'Além reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, except for reservations already confirmed.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date.
Any request for changes is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

Some flexibility may be granted upon prior request.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy indicated at the time of booking.
Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization
Casa d’Além is a pet friendlypet-friendly accommodation. Pets are allowed, provided prior notice is given at the time of booking.
A supplement of €5 per stay applies for pets.
Guests agree to use the accommodation responsibly, respecting the facilities, equipment, and house rules.
Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
Casa d'Além shall not be held liable for loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings during the stay, except in cases provided for by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the legally competent court shall have jurisdiction.
